  • Prepares and edits reports and documents related to project quality control for Postsecondary Assessment managers.
  • Performs program audits of contract deliverables related to Florida's Postsecondary Assessment activities.
  • Writes technical reports, including disaggregation of test administration data and psychometric reviews of test items.
  • Analyzes Florida's Postsecondary Assessment data and constructs automated quality control systems to identify errors.
  • Provides support and back-up to the Department of Education's program specialist, including checking data reports.
  • Conducts and facilitates committee meetings related to test development activities.
  • Reviews and revises test development documents produced by committee members.
  • Evaluates postsecondary assessment data and produces reports in various formats, including Excel charts or spreadsheets.
  • Writes office procedures related to the duties of the Postsecondary Assessment Coordinator for the Postsecondary Procedure Manual.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Two years of experience in contract or project management, program evaluation or analysis, teaching PK - 12, test development/scoring/administration, or curriculum design and development.
  • A master's degree may substitute for the required experience.
  • Experience teaching Math, Science, Technology, Reading, or Language Arts is preferred.
