River Park provides acute inpatient services to children, adolescents, adults and seniors and features a 22-bed residential treatment program for children and adolescents and a 25-bed adult forensic unit. River Park was recently recognized as a Top Performer by Joint Commission and maintains the highest standards for quality care. Summary of Core Job Functions: Responsible for answering referral/crisis calls. Provides assessments and completes admission process, including precertification. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential core function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, experience, and ability necessary to perform this job.

Requirements

Valid WV RN license
Minimum of 2 years experience. Psychiatric preferred.
Good oral communication skills.
Clinical/assessment skills.
Ability to effectively handle referral calls.
Knowledge of community resources.
Ability to define problems, collect information, draw valid conclusions.
Computer skills.
Customer service skills.
Ability to work with staff and physicians.
