About The Position

Join our team as an Assessment and Referral Clerk and become a crucial part of our welcoming community here at South Sound Behavioral Hospital (SSBH)! The A&R Clerk is responsible for assisting in the process of receiving, scheduling and/or referring inquiry calls. Assist the A&R Counselors, Coordinators and Director with coordinating assessments, initiating Intake paperwork and insurance information. Work with Admission Coordinators to ensure smooth transition into the admission process.

Requirements

High school diploma preferred.
Experience working in a hospital intake department

Nice To Haves

C.N.A. preferred
