About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Assistant Dean, the Assessment and Evaluation Analyst works closely with department and school faculty and staff to formulate and implement appropriate methods for compiling and analyzing data used for program assessment and self-evaluation. The position also involves assisting with data analysis for program research initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
  • Must be an advanced user of Microsoft office suite and have extensive experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and presenting data graphically.
  • Knowledge of statistics and expertise with statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Access, SPSS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, self- motivated, and able to handle confidential and sensitive information with good judgment and discretion and able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in education or a related field preferred.
  • One or more years of administrative support experience, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting.
  • Experience in project management or event planning.
  • Knowledge of student learning management systems (e.g., Canvas).

Responsibilities

  • Collects, maintains, and analyzes data related to courses, students, and programs for assessment, evaluation, and research purposes.
  • Coordinates the compilation, presentation, and dissemination of data and reports for meetings, accreditation, and institutional planning.
  • Ensures data integrity across student, school, and clinical site databases; updates schedules, rotations, contact details, and grant information regularly.
  • Tracks completion of student program surveys and other required assessments.
  • Collaborates with faculty and staff on accreditation documents, research projects, and grant proposals.
  • Updates and improves database systems and assessment tools.
  • Organizes and participates in meetings to present analytics and discuss findings.
  • Provides administrative and technical support for department operations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
