The Assessment Analyst supports institutional effectiveness and compliance through the collection, analysis, and reporting of assessment and evaluation data. This role designs, manages, and maintains data systems that support decision-making, strategic planning, and continuous improvement. The position ensures data integrity, develops dashboards and reports, and collaborates with departments to assess learning outcomes and institutional goals. Collects, analyzes, and interprets institutional data to support college assessment, planning, and reporting functions. Ensures data integrity, compliance with reporting standards, and alignment with NCTC's mission of continuous improvement and student success.
