Position Summary This person will provide critical support to the Senior ACT Manager and serve as the ACT Liaison to ensure compliance with the Mercy Care contract. This person is responsible for monitoring ACT providers, managing deliverables, analyzing data, and supporting members. This person also provides technical assistance and training to ACT providers, fosters collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and advances behavioral and physical health systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the behavioral health field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Must reside in Arizona.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Arizona Time, with the occasional ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time within Maricopa County, Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic plan and quality initiatives for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT).
  • Evaluate providers and serve as a subject matter expert to provide technical assistance for ACT fidelity.
  • Observe ACT providers in the community and via virtual meetings and provide targeted feedback for continuous gains in fidelity for the Evidence-Based Program (EBP).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as Operations, Office of Individual and Family Affairs, Medical Directors, Housing, Quality Management, Provider Monitoring) to ensure operational, clinical, and quality improvement initiatives align with best practices and fidelity standards.
  • Track, combine, and maintain multiple provider deliverables.
  • Monitor Level 1, FACT (Forensic Assertive Community Treatment), and newly SMI (Serious Mental Illness) ACT referrals.
  • Assist with completion of ACT QAP (Quality Action Plan) audits.
