Ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and product quality utilizing VPS methodology. Proactively addressing and resolving supplier quality issues that could negatively impact our products. Make tactical decisions for urgent issues and support teams in problem-solving and prevention. Strategically anticipate change and drive initiatives to meet department goals and maintain continuous improvement across all measurable metrics. Communicate effectively with management about any potential impacts to department or company performance, collaborating to find solutions. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (preferably Industrial or Mechanical).
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in Major)
  • Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
  • MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
  • THE WORK TERM DATES ARE May 18th - August 7th, 2026.
  • Must be an enrolled student during all three rotations.
