About The Position

Custom Assembly, Inc. specializes in the assembly, warehousing, and distribution of recreational vehicles. We are a family run organization that has been in business for 30+ years. Schedule: This is a full-time, first-shift (6am-2:30pm) position with the potential for overtime. Pay: $19.00/hour

Requirements

• Proficient with basic hand tools
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to follow precise building instructions
• Forklift experience preferred
• Exemplify and promote company culture
• Seek improvement and simplify system protocols
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in planning and execution with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple duties/projects

Responsibilities

• Assembling recreational vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
• Installing roll cages, mirrors, and other components on recreational vehicles
• Utilizing required safety equipment
• Using a provided starter kit of tools, or your own if preferred
• Paying close attention to detail
