About The Position

Weekly pay Responsibilities: Assembling of brackets and pressing clinch nuts using a Haeger machine. Part-marking, labeling, date coding, and boxing of metal components. Good attendance and punctuality and willingness to work overtime as needed. Ensuring that all work is done in accordance with and adheres to Company ISO9001:2015 and Quality standards Understand and promotes company’s mission, values and quality policy. Desired Skills/Abilities: Ability to read and understand blueprints. Strong attention to detail and workmanship. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team. Able to lift up to 40 pounds. Mechanical aptitude and demonstration of problem solving abilities. Excellent communicator. Good hand dexterity and utilization of hand tools. Desired Qualifications: 1+ plus years of experience in a metal manufacturing setting. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
