About The Position

The Assembly Worker at InVision is responsible for performing assembly operations to produce products for recreational vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality control standards, and collaboration with team members to meet production goals in a fast-paced distribution center.

Requirements

• Basic ability in mathematics, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Collect all necessary materials and tools required for the assembly job as needed.
• Assemble components or parts using hand tools as needed.
• Follow established guidelines and quality control standards to ensure accurate and efficient assembly.
• Inspect finished products for defects or errors and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or concerns with the assembly process or materials to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as requested to full accountability.
