Requirements

• Must have experience in blueprint reading and hand/power tools.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and reliability.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Nice To Haves

• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble transformer components following blueprints or work instructions.
• Safely operate various hand and power tools.
• Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Meet production goals while maintaining consistent quality.
