Requirements

Previous experience in an assembly role or manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision.
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently to approved specifications.
Follow detailed verbal or written instructions, procedures, and specifications to perform assembly tasks.
Ensure that all products are properly assembled and meet quality standards.
Inspect and test assembled parts or products for defects and ensure they meet functional requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to foster a safe and efficient environment.
Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to the supervisor promptly.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify ways to improve or optimize assembly operations.
Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
