Requirements

1-2 years of assembly or warehouse experience
Must be able to read a tape measure accurately and interpret diagrams
Detail-oriented and quality-focused with a strong work ethic
Flexible and adaptable to shift between multiple projects
Reliable attendance and availability to work full scheduled shifts
Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motion tasks

Responsibilities

Lay out large pieces of material for cutting and assembly in a climate-controlled warehouse
Read and interpret blueprints and drawings accurately
Assemble components with precision and consistency across varying projects
Inspect parts and final products to ensure top-tier quality standards
Join, connect, and finish assembled parts per production requirements
Perform physical tasks, including standing, pulling, cutting, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including sweeping and general upkeep
Collaborate with team members and follow all supervisor instructions
