Manufacturing Assembly Worker We are seeking a reliable and skilled Manufacturing Assembly Worker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical or industrial assembly, strong knowledge of tools and tooling practices, and the ability to read and interpret prints, schematics, and work instructions. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy in measurement, and proficiency with common inspection instruments to ensure high-quality product builds.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related production environments.
  • Ability to read technical prints, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Knowledge of basic and advanced hand tools, power tools, and assembly tooling.
  • Proficient in measurement reading and familiar with precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, gauges).
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent coordination and mechanical skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in math
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with machine tools or mechanical assembly
  • Working knowledge of safety protocols

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and products according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, rulers, etc.) to verify part dimensions.
  • Read and understand production prints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all assembled parts meet required standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety protocols.
  • Identify and report issues in materials, processes, or assemblies.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
