Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to stand and walk regularly, and manipulate objects or controls with hands.
• Occasional lifting of 25-50 pounds.
• Ability to stoop, bend, or reach above shoulders occasionally.
• Frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting and close vision.

Responsibilities

• Use work instructions, drawings, and schematics to perform assembly tasks.
• Cross-train in multiple assembly areas and flex to other departments as needed.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the products being assembled and their business impact.
• Engage in continuous learning of job principles, practices, and processes as changes occur.
• Participate in team meetings to share job-related information.
• Resolve problems with assistance from peers or supervisors as necessary.
• Provide basic training to new employees on work instructions and standard work.
