About The Position

This position will report to the Shift Supervisor on Duty. He will give support to the Team Lead on duty as Follows.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach and move across uneven surfaces.
• Ability to stand most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Preform line set up based on IQMS. WI, Totes, Labels, Components
• Remove packing material, clips, jigs, partials, etc., corresponding to the previous run.
• Provide packing material, jigs, clips, etc., based on the new work instructions.
• Remove full pallets of the finished product, take it to the designated location within the finished product warehouse, or take it to the Safe launch area (confirm with the TL on duty).
• Support with the scanning of the finished product in any press.
• Make a tour at the beginning and during the shift to provide packaging material, scales, cartons, clips, etc.
• Help covering Breaks.
• Filing of Check sheets and other paperwork, as may be required
• Filing appropriate FPA section
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Participate in training classes when offered
• Comply with Safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Maintain a dependable attendance record
• Performs other duties as assigned.
