About The Position

Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assemble and test aerospace components and systems according to established procedures and specifications. Conduct troubleshooting and repair of assembly and test equipment. Document test results and maintain accurate records of assembly and testing activities. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly and testing in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and testing methodologies specific to aerospace products. Experience with hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with safety and quality standards in aerospace manufacturing. WE VALUE High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
