About The Position

As an Assembly & Test Tech Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for assembling and testing various components and systems. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will ensure that the products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the assembly and testing processes. You will report directly to our Sr. ISC Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location. In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the accurate assembly and testing of components and systems. Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience in assembly and testing
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
  • U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in a technical field
  • Experience with electronic or mechanical assembly
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and systems according to specifications and blueprints
  • Conduct tests and inspections to ensure product quality and functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly or testing process
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and test results
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve assembly and testing processes
