About The Position

As an Assembly and Test Tech Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of assembly and testing processes. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance while driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our supervisor, and you’ll work onsite at our Clearwater, FL location on a 5x8’s work schedule. In this role, you will impact operational efficiency and product quality by effectively managing and optimizing assembly and testing processes, which will contribute to cost savings and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in assembly and testing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • Experience with assembly tools and testing equipment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and specifications.
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute assembly and testing activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality in assembly and testing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of manufacturing processes.
