Perform FLIGHT DECK activities to create flow with OE Assembly plants and test. Lead projects for Durham, Evendale, Lafayette, and Peebles. The Assembly & Test FLIGHT DECK Leader will be responsible for transforming results through the application of FLIGHT DECK, GE Aerospace’s proprietary lean operating model. • The successful candidate will partner with the Engine Assembly & Test business leaders, the ATMRO FLIGHT DECK office and the Assembly & Test Site Leadership teams to implement FLIGHT DECK, driving both a change in operating mindset and ensuring Lean principles are applied effectively in support of strategic and operational business plans. The primary responsibility of this position is to deploy lean fundamentals among the ATO Operations teams to both improve operational processes and standard work, but to also partner with supporting functions across the value stream as needed to drive impact.
