Requirements
- Stable work history and reliability in previous roles.
- VantageClear certification (or equivalent active security clearance) is required
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and national background check.
Responsibilities
- Operate and load machinery safely and efficiently.
- Achieve daily production output targets consistently.
- Monitor and maintain smooth production processes.
- Operate soldering irons and related assembly tools.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet established standards.
- Follow all safety regulations, procedures, and company policies.
