About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to join our team for a Monday–Friday, 7:00a - 3:30p shift. This role involves assembling components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. This is an onsite, full-time position, located in our Liberty Lake, WA facility. Salary: $20 per hour. Frencken America, part of Frencken Group, manufactures complex electromechanical assemblies and high precision parts and components. Requirements

  • Experience with hand tools and assembly equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to consistently complete tasks on time while ensuring accuracy and quality expectations are met
  • Ability to follow instructions, identify errors, and take corrective action as needed
  • Ability and willingness to constructively apply feedback to improve performance and generate ideas to improve and promote quality in work
  • Must be able to sit/stand for up to 10 hours, walk, talk, hear, grasp, reach, lift 30lbs., pull/push 100lbs., carry 30lbs.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks
  • Must don and doff Personal Protective Equipment and work in a cleanroom environment
  • Will be exposed to static magnetic fields and magnetic components

Responsibilities

  • Perform various assembly tasks
  • Work with equipment that utilizes magnetic components
  • Ensure compliance with electrostatic discharge and cleanroom protocols
  • Assemble products within established timeframes and quality standards
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure accurate insertion and placement of parts
  • Maintain proper handling and marking of all assemblies and components
  • Adhere to detailed work instructions and process documentation throughout assembly
