About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to join our team for a Monday–Friday, 7:00a - 3:30p shift. This role involves assembling components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. This is an onsite, full-time position, located in our Liberty Lake, WA facility. Requirements

Experience with hand tools and assembly equipment
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to consistently complete tasks on time while ensuring accuracy and quality expectations are met
Ability to follow instructions, identify errors, and take corrective action as needed
Ability and willingness to constructively apply feedback to improve performance and generate ideas to improve and promote quality in work
Must be able to sit/stand for up to 10 hours, walk, talk, hear, grasp, reach, lift 30lbs., pull/push 100lbs., carry 30lbs.
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks
Must don and doff Personal Protective Equipment and work in a cleanroom environment
Will be exposed to static magnetic fields and magnetic components

Responsibilities

Perform various assembly tasks
Work with equipment that utilizes magnetic components
Ensure compliance with electrostatic discharge and cleanroom protocols
Assemble products within established timeframes and quality standards
Conduct visual inspections to ensure accurate insertion and placement of parts
Maintain proper handling and marking of all assemblies and components
Adhere to detailed work instructions and process documentation throughout assembly
