About The Position
Brandon & Clark is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our Transformers team. This position offers hands-on work, consistency, and the opportunity to grow within a well-established transformer repair operation.
Requirements
- Mechanical or industrial assembly experience preferred (transformer experience is a plus, but not required)
- Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment
- Able to work in a shop environment with heavy components
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to follow procedures
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Assemble transformer units following established procedures
- Match core assemblies with tanks and prepare parts for reassembly
- Assemble multiple units efficiently and safely
- Transfer completed units to the oiling department
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Clock in/out accurately and job into assigned units
- Support other departments when assembly work is completea
