Key position functions include: Be familiar with and adhere to all Safety and Company Policies and Procedures. Knowledge of API/ISO/QPC’s and Engineering and Material Specifications as relevant. Keep work area clean and organized. Responsible for all equipment and tools in his/her charge, maintain and lubricate parts or components. Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe, and conscientious manner. Demonstrate appropriate knowledge of handling all materials and chemicals used. Operate forklift in compliance with HSE-CS-128. Assemble valves, wellheads and equipment per assembly drawing, instructions of ES as applicable. Follow work order process traveler requirements. Hydro test per applicable ES. Complete serial numbering of each part listed on the material traceability sheet in the work order as required. Teardown, repair, and refurbishment of valve assemblies per SFI procedures. Sign-off on process traveler, sequence number, operation number, machine number, production counts etc. per OP 205. Report all problems and/or repairs required to Supervisor or Maintenance Coordinator. Performs inventory checks every month for supplies and submits a requisition for re-order to ensure appropriate supplies are on hand. Complete quality documentation accurately and legibly. Assist shipping and receiving when required. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
