As an Assembly Technician, you will assemble, wire, fit, and modify components used in the production of medium- and high‑voltage indoor and outdoor assemblies. This includes breaker and auxiliary compartments, breakers, customer service orders, power modules, and all related sub‑assemblies. Work from manufacturing information, electrical and mechanical drawings, sketches, and written or verbal instructions from supervisors or engineering, following all established procedures. Complete all required ISO documentation, quality and customer checklists, feedback forms, and production reports for supervision, drafting, customer service, and engineering. Mount and install electrical equipment and perform necessary wiring operations. Maintain minimum Kanban inventory levels and report shortages to the appropriate personnel. Inspect all assemblies to ensure hardware is secure, components are present, and units meet cleanliness and quality standards. Respond to change notices, customer‑requested modifications, and development requirements. Support engineering, drafting, and supervision with customer‑driven development or improvement projects. Work consistently according to manufacturing information, drawings, sketches, supervisor instructions, and established procedures.
