The primary focus of this position will be on assembling conveyors along with corresponding accessories, testing the conveyor, and packaging the final product for parcel freight shipments.Work ScheduleMonday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Requirements
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer, measurement, and math skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust priories to reflect changing needs or job demands.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to safely lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Performs conveyor assemblies or sub assemblies from work orders or blueprints.
- Works in a safe manner complying with all safety procedures.
- Maintains clean and safe work area following 5S procedures as required.
- Inspects finished product for defects and performs quality checks.
- Other duties as assigned.
