About The Position
Assembles multi-component parts for precision medical device components, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to customer specifications Responsible for executing all stages of the assembly process, including staging, assembly, and final inspection, while supporting production deadlines in a regulated manufacturing environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to error-free work
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet strict quality standards
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a precision manufacturing or machine shop environment
- Familiarity with clean room assembly and packaging procedures
- Experience working with high-tolerance or mission critical components
- Technical training or certification in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
