About The Position

An Assembly Technician builds, assembles, and tests products or components (pumps, fluid ends, and flow line products) using hand/power tools, reading blueprints/schematics, following precise instructions, and performing quality checks to ensure functionality and standards are met , requiring strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills for a smooth production workflow .

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Familiarity with basic tools, mechanical aptitude, and ability to read diagrams.
  • Manual dexterity, good hand-eye coordination, physical stamina, ability to lift.
  • Attention to detail, teamwork, communication, ability to follow precise instructions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Flexible and adaptable, as well as action oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Review work instructions and build schematics prior to assembly.
  • Gather materials, parts, and tools needed for the assembly task.
  • Assemble job components using hand tools and power tools following blueprints, schematics or instructions.
  • Inspect and test components and finished products for defects, ensuring they meet specifications.
  • Keep work area clean, organized and safe.
  • Accurately complete paperwork or required documentation, track inventory used, and report issues.
  • Other duties as assigned
