As an Assembly Technician at TenX Manufacturing, you will perform a variety of secondary operations and assembly tasks essential to producing high-quality products, including: De-gating, trimming, and performing additional secondary or assembly operations Assembling products with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Packaging finished products to customer specifications Labeling product containers with proper identification labels per the job traveler Identifying product or process issues and notifying technicians for correction Operating secondary equipment as needed to support production Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to understand visual part characteristics and identify defects
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 pounds or more
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of basic safety standards and procedures
  • High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but TenX Manufacturing is willing to train motivated candidates
