About The Position

The Assembly Technician will apply various technologies to test and modify manufacturing machinery and equipment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Hand & Power Tool Proficiency
  • Experienced in using basic shop tools, including wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, drills, and related equipment.
  • Comfortable operating power tools safely and accurately.
  • Ability to Follow Assembly Instructions & Diagrams
  • Reads and interprets step-by-step instructions, technical drawings, and diagrams.
  • Completes assemblies in the correct sequence with precision and efficiency.
  • Mechanical Aptitude / Hands-On Problem Solver
  • Naturally understands how mechanical systems function and how components fit together.
  • Quickly identifies and resolves assembly challenges.
  • Attention to Detail & Quality Focus
  • Notices missing parts, misaligned components, or improper fasteners.
  • Consistently double-checks work to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Reliability & Initiative
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to complete assigned tasks independently.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to assist and improve workflow.
  • Motivated to learn new skills and continuously improve.
  • Open to feedback and willing to adapt processes for better outcomes.
  • Interested in advancing within the company by taking on additional responsibilities.
  • Comfortable starting in the shop and progressively learning other processes and roles.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the day.
  • Capable of lifting components weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a shop or warehouse environment.
  • Able to communicate professionally and courteously with customers as needed.
  • Committed to completing tasks correctly the first time.
  • Adheres to safety guidelines, tool usage rules, and shop standards.
  • Interested in learning additional skills such as leak testing, CAD, and project management.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, or mechanical roles.
  • Strong familiarity with power tools and safe handling practices.
