Assembly Technician $17 to $18 an hour 1st and 2nd shift
About The Position
Parallel Employment Group is working with a customer in Lancaster for Assembly Technicians to become an integral part of a dynamic team! As an Assembly Technician, you will be assembling products, ensuring they meet quality standards, and packaging them for distribution. Your responsibilities will include: Reading and interpreting blueprints and assembly instructions Utilizing hand tools and power tools to assemble various components Conducting quality inspections to ensure that products meet specifications Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Collaborating with other team members to improve assembly processes Current opportunities are available for various shifts, each offering competitive pay rates. Requirements Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical manuals Familiarity with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Capability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 6 months of Manufacturing experience and machining. aerospace/military defense manufacturing experience Commitment of 40 hours per work. The job operates in a manufacturing environment.
