No experience? No problem — we provide hands-on training. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we want to meet you. Our Assembly Techs work mostly by hand assembling materials that help build lighter, stronger, and more sustainable products used in high-tech industries like aerospace, automotive, marine, and green energy. This is a hands-on role that requires focus, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and diagrams
- Team mindset and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 75 pounds)
Responsibilities
- Assemble products by hand using materials, patterns, and work instructions (some use of equipment like heat seaming or sewing machines)
- Follow written work instructions, drawings, and blueprints
- Check equipment for safe operation and perform light maintenance when needed
- Communicate ideas for improvement with supervisors and teammates
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work both independently and as part of a team
