About The Position

OXOS Medical, Inc. empowers every provider with the capability, clarity, and confidence to make accurate decisions at the point of care. In-Person Position OXOS is searching for a detailed-oriented and quality-driven Assembly Technician III to join our high-growth company. You will join a dynamic team of passionate people who work daily to change how radiographic diagnostics are delivered. OXOS’ mission is to increase access and availability using the world’s first portable Dynamic Digital Radiography devices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3+years of experience in electronics/mechanical assembly, preferably in the medical device or other regulated industry.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and BOMs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common issues during the assembly process.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase manufacturability and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 standards is a plus.
  • Soldering skills and experience working under magnification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble complex electro-mechanical device sub-assemblies following engineering documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
  • Ability to use hand tools, soldering equipment, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
  • Inspect and test electronic assemblies for functionality and compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records in accordance with FDA and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Work closely with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and improve assembly processes.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including use of ESD-safe practices and PPE.
