Primary Duties and Responsibilities  Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices.  Confer with technical and supervisory personnel to report or resolve conditions affecting safety, efficiency, or product quality.  Regulate/shut down equipment during emergency situations or as directed by supervisory personnel.  Work with injection molding and operate assembly machinery in a Cleanroom and Softwall environment.  Draw samples of products and conduct quality control tests to ensure conformance to specifications using measuring devices, microscopes, gauges, or calipers.  Accurately record operating data, such as process conditions, test results or instrument readings as it is collected.  Communicate information to supervisors, co-workers, and technicians as required.  Maintain supplies by checking stock, anticipating and requesting supplies needed.  Maintain quality standards and perform continuous quality checks to ensure that products meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements by conducting in-process inspection, line clearance, completing production records and continually monitoring the process.  Maintain safe and clean work environment by complying with company procedures, rules and regulations and report any dangerous situations or malfunction of equipment.  Participate in product and equipment investigations, report and investigate non-conformities.  Read production orders and communicate with coworkers in order to determine machine and equipment settings and adjustments, and supply and product specifications.  Remove minor jammed materials from machines and readjust components as necessary to resume normal operations.  Assemble cartons for packaging as required during manufacturing operations.  Meet company attendance standards.  Perform recycling procedures and other duties as necessary. (Sort, transfer, cleaning, control waste and recycling throughout the facility).  Housekeeping and sanitation as needed or requested.   Required Qualifications  High school diploma or equivalent, technical school or related experience.  Detail oriented, rigorous, analytical, reactive and good interpersonal skills.   Skills/Abilities  Worked and operated assembly machinery and computers in a Clean Room Environment.  Able to follow written and verbal instructions.  Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.  Able to stand, walk, and bend during performance of expected duties.  Basic computer literacy.
