About The Position

This position will be responsible for assembling sub-assemblies and finished goods, ensuring all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Requirements

• Language Skills – Ability to read, analyze, and interpret standard operating procedures, policies, and work instructions.
• Basic Skills – Basic mathematical and reading comprehension skills.
• Reasoning Ability – Basic reasoning and comprehensive ability.
• High School or equivalent preferred
• 0-6 months experience

Responsibilities

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
• Ensure all materials and equipment available to begin the process
• Align material and put together parts according to specifications
• Quality-conscious and attention to detail
• Report on issues or defective parts
• Meet targets set by lead/supervisor
• Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
• Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Maintain tools & work area as directed by lead/supervisor or standard work
• Be an active team member in continuous improvement activities
• Other duties as assigned by the lead/supervisor or department
