Keep reading. Ossid is searching for a talented Assembly Technician I to join our team. You are responsible for completing mechanical assemblies to engineering specifications and quality standards. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager. If this sounds like you, we want to connect!
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read mechanical engineering drawings.
- Sufficient physical strength to lift various materials weighing 50 pounds.
- Use of hand trucks and fork lift.
- Good organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assemble various mechanical components using hand and power tools as needed.
- Verifies all parts are assembled to specification with high attention to detail.
- Completes projects within the designated timeframe.
- Strictly follows all job safety and housekeeping requirements/procedures.
- Regular attendance and daily punctuality are necessary for performing the job.
