Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-2 years Manufacturing experience
• Ability to work without constant supervision and the ability to think and act independently.
• Ability to use packaged software on PC based computer system (data entry).
• Ability to safely operate various kinds of machinery.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skill
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
• Passion for continuous improvement
• Must be able to lift a minimum 50 lbs.
• Positions require standing and walking for extended amount of time

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in production or related fields preferred.
