Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with basic hand tools preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency for document review, data entry, and time tracking. (e.g., Word, Excel).

  • Ability to move safely throughout a manufacturing environment, including shop floor, warehouse, and loading areas.
  • Remaining in a stationary position (i.e., seated or standing if able) for prolonged periods .
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials or boxes up to 60 lbs with the assistance of another team member.
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks, carts, or similar material-handling equipment after training.
  • Ability to drive to vendor sites and transport parts or materials as required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on material handling for extended periods as needed.
  • Ability to wear all required PPE—including respirators—for long durations.
  • Ability to work safely in industrial environments with noise, dust, fumes, and chemicals.
  • To conform to US Government export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the US Department of State.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred and familiarity with AS9100/ISO quality management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform precision assembly operations including pin installation, threaded insert installation, part marking, component assembly, finish application, and packaging following approved work instructions.
  • Operate hand and bench-top power tools and load/unload laser marking and cutting equipment.
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections using visual and dimensional measurement techniques, documenting inspections accurately and thoroughly.
  • Maintain strict part identification, traceability, and material handling standards.
  • Record detailed time tracking and documentation in ERP/MES systems with accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and FOD-aware workspace following all safety procedures and using required protective equipment.
  • Report safety hazards, incidents, or concerns immediately.
  • Complete assigned training on time and proactively learn processes, equipment, and quality requirements.
  • Follow all Quality Manual requirements and AS9100 procedures.
  • Communicate regularly with your supervisor and team, providing status updates and flagging potential issues early.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Address routine issues independently; escalate non-routine matters appropriately.
  • Seek feedback, ask questions, and learn from experienced team members to continuously improve.
  • Take ownership of work quality, act with integrity, and let customer needs guide your decisions.
