Primary Responsibilities: Perform connectivity testing, continuity checks, and other "go, no-go" tests per documentation. Build, test, and package both subassemblies and final assemblies. Create assembly builds (and rework builds) within the ERP System to accurately reflect materials consumed on work orders/travelers. Performs physical inventory cycle counts with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy. Research discrepancies and create adjustments as needed. Transfers materials to/from the MRB location for non-conforming materials. Coordination of material movement through the factory in support of revenue and service shipment requirements. Help to maintain standard operating procedures for current procedures for process improvements. Primary point of contact during internal/external audit for all FGI operations. Responsible for the orderly physical storage of inventory and consumables within the Warehouse. Visually check work against drawings/work instructions to ensure high-quality standards. Use hand or power tools, torque wrenches, microscopes, and test equipment to build and test components, subassemblies, and finished goods. Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures. Secondary Responsibilities: Cross-train to support International and Domestic shipments. Cross-train to decontamination, receiving, and inspection. Inventory part replenishment to support factory needs and miscellaneous inventory requests via transfer orders/bin transfers. Identifies part shortages and communicates with the supply chain team. Ensures inventory locators are accurate and materials are easy to find.
