About The Position

The Assembly Technician 1 is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the assembly of SilencerCo suppressors, accessories, and firearm-related products. This role focuses on learning proper assembly techniques, following detailed instructions, and maintaining quality standards while working in a team-oriented production environment. This position reports to the Assembly Supervisor .

Nice To Haves

• No prior assembly experience required (manufacturing experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assemble basic product components following written work instructions and training.
• Identify correct parts and tools required for assigned assemblies.
• Perform fastening and basic fit-and-finish checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Accurately track work and parts as instructed.
• Assist with inventory organization and material handling.
• Participate in team meetings and production goals.
• Learn SilencerCo product lines and assembly processes.
• Support other Assembly Technicians and departments as needed.
