About The Position

3M is seeking Assembly Technician candidates in Clarkston, Georgia! Full-time 2nd and 3rd Shifts Starting rate: $20.21 New hires start with 3 weeks paid vacation Health, vision and dental start day one Employee stock discount 401K Match of 5%. Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Applicants may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process

Nice To Haves

• Minimum six (6) months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance to applicable procedures
• Accurately record production data
• Perform all casting and impregnation production processes including casting, drying, sintering, and impregnating radomes
• Operate equipment such as furnaces, forklifts, presses, pallet movers, and other heavy equipment
• Identify problems and work with process engineers through to resolution
