As a Production Technician, you will play a hands-on role in manufacturing fiberglass components used in wind turbines. This includes: Performing production tasks such as lamination, infusion, assembly, trimming, and finishing Following standard work instructions and quality requirements with precision Inspecting your own work to ensure it meets customer and company standards Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets Identifying and reporting safety concerns, quality issues, or process improvements Supporting team efforts to improve efficiency and eliminate waste We are not looking for people who just “show up.” We are looking for people who take ownership. Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time

High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and industrial materials
Ability to work in environments that may include heat, noise, and PPE requirements

Manufacturing or construction experience (preferred, not required)
