Job Description: Date Last Edited: 10/23/2025 9:28:23 AM Job Summary The Assembly Technician builds, tests, and repairs pasteurizer equipment while also assisting with general warehouse tasks, including picking items and packing orders for shipment, and providing over-the-phone product support for customers. This role involves hands-on assembly work using a variety of tools and requires a working knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing concepts. Essential Functions Collaborates with other team members to efficiently assemble and repair pasteurizer machines, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards Provides troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance for customers remotely, ensuring timely and effective resolution of product issues. Occasionally travels to customer locations to perform on-site service repairs. Partners with the production team to gain a thorough understanding of pasteurizer equipment functionality, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Fulfills customer orders by accurately picking and packaging products from the warehouse, maintaining order accuracy, and shipment readiness Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment in both the production room and warehouse, adhering to company safety protocols and cleanliness standards Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent or equivalent education and/or experience
2 years of experience in production or assembly of products
General mechanical aptitude with prior experience in the areas of plumbing, heating, electricity and/or electronics
Strong logic and intermediate mathematics skills
Competencies in the area of customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication
Ability to meet daily and weekly production goals in a fast-paced working environment
General computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

Experience working with electrical component assembly work
Warehouse experience, including forklift operation

Responsibilities
