Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time (10 hour shift).
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and push or pull parts or containers frequently.
Ability to read and understand job instructions.
Pass pre-employment background check, essential functions assessment, and drug screen.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Assemble parts and components by following work Instructions for each step of the process to meet acceptable production standards during and after training completed.
Ensure that all parts and components are assembled correctly.
Perform work at multiple workstations and areas assigned.
Must be able to consistently meet 12 seconds or better cycle time while keeping production standards established for various finished goods.
Assists in troubleshooting production problems.
Initiates and/or support process improvements and corresponding documentation.
Accuracy and attention to detail throughout daily activities.
Maintain a clean work area to meet safety regulations of the facility.
Working and communicating well in a team environment and may train other team members, as needed.
Assure compliance to all safety, environmental and health standards, procedures, and practices
Other duties, as directed.
