Job Responsibilities: To lead, direct, and support Assembly Team Members safely and efficiently, to coordinate and communicate with other departments, follow safe work methods, and to conform to the Employee’s Charter principles and plant standards. What we are looking for: High School diploma or GED Post-secondary education preferred, or related experience Preferred qualifications: 1-3 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Leadership and supervisory experience preferred Ability to promote healthy employee relations in workplace Knowledge of OSHA Knowledge of DOL compliance guidelines Must be willing to obtain weld certification and forklift certification. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
