We’re hiring dependable, safety-focused individuals to support Assembly, Logistics, Forklift (PIV), and Logistics Clerk roles within our Engines and Supply Chain operations in Hattiesburg, MS. Shift: 1st Shift Only Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.70/hour, depending on experience. Location: Hattiesburg, MS Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). These positions are based out of Rehlko’s Hattiesburg facility and support either the Engines Assembly Production or Supply Chain department. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations. (3+ yrs preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working with hand and power tools.
  • Basic computer or scanner experience (required for Logistics Clerk).
  • PIV certification preferred; required for Forklift Operator role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Operate tools, machinery, or equipment related to assembly, logistics, or material handling.
  • Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand-held scanners.
  • Maintain material flow to production lines and support product shipments or receipts.
  • Perform quality checks and verify part accuracy.
  • Follow work instructions, key sheets, or Bills of Material (BOM).
  • Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment through 5S and proper PPE usage.
  • Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet production goals.
