This position is responsible for preparing sub-assemblies and finished products according to blueprints and customers specification, using hand and air tools. Key Job Responsibilities Able to assemble products and operating equipment involved such as hand tools, air tools, possible woodworking machinery. Identify and select correct tooling/hardware for the job task with set-up documents or lead/supervisor assistance. Report any production, and/or equipment issues to lead/supervisor or quality. Must be willing to learn and operate/assemble all products in the dept. Has the ability to read blueprints. Has the ability to understand basic wiring diagrams and connection points called out on blueprints or models. Safely move materials using forklift (If certified by Multilink) and/or pallet jack. Cleans and maintains an orderly work area. Communicate and assist other individuals in areas when needed and have been fully trained. Perform all other duties as assigned to by Management
