About The Position

ENTEK is excited to welcome a new Welder, Fabricator, Assembly Shift Supervisor to our state-of-the-art facility in Henderson, Nevada. As a working supervisor, you’ll bring precision and creativity together, working with multiple welding techniques including TIG, MIG, and flux core across a variety of metals—mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. You’ll also have the chance to expand your expertise with tube and pipe welding. You’ll lead a talented fabrication team to bring both simple and complex projects to life—from frames and structures to hoppers and tanks—using the best tools available. Our shop is fully climate-controlled, ensuring year-round comfort, and equipped with cutting-edge technology such as: Amada laser with automated material magazine for lights-out operation, Amada press brake with automatic tool changer, CNC rolls and additional advanced equipment. This is a place where you can focus on your craft while working with the very best tools in the industry.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of applicable experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of welding and fabrication processes and quality control standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using fabrication equipment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
  • Satisfactory results from a pre-employment fit-for-duty screen and drug screen
  • Must live within 40 miles of the ENTEK Henderson facility

Nice To Haves

  • Trade school program certificate
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years related experience and/or training

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the welding, fabrication, and assembly team to achieve daily production goals
  • Ensure all processes are performed efficiently and safely
  • Train and mentor welders, fabricators, and assembly team members to enhance their skills and productivity
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the machine building process
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any welding, fabrication, and assembly related issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall production efficiency
