What you will do: You will work in either assembly, paint or warehouse functional areas to safely build excavators or small track-type tractors. As a FLEX Assembler, you will: Follow documented procedures to perform safe and defect free assembly and adjustment of parts and components. Leverage lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and waste elimination. Use industrial power tools for assembly and lifting devices to move heavy components. Monday-Thursday, 10-hour schedule (1st and 2nd shifts) As a FLEX Paint Technician, you will: Complete various paint roles which can include masker/demasker, load/unload, caulker, pre-inspection, blow off operator or shot blast operator. Monday-Thursday, 10-hour schedule (1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts) As a FLEX Warehouse Associate, you will: Perform material handling and warehousing functions. Order fill, process, store and pick parts, materials, equipment, and supplies. Conduct basic quality assessment of parts for damage and defects. Work from a variety of documents to verify part numbers, part locations and quantities. Monday-Thursday, 10-hour schedule (1st and 2nd shifts) and Monday-Friday, 8-hour schedule (1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts) Product Distribution Center Assignment: Move/operate heavy equipment machines (i.e. excavators & tractors) from the PDC workshop to their designated parking locations, shut down machine correctly and prep for storage. Move heavy equipment machines from storage locations to the PDC dock for transport loading. Assist PDC staff with all heavy equipment machinery movements in the PDC area including in the event of product quality containments. Process heavy equipment machines through Fluid Film area accordioning to standard work and processes. PDC Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour schedule (1st and 2nd shifts)

Requirements

  • At least 3 months of previous work experience
  • Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
  • Willing and able to perform repetitive operations
  • Willing and able to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Willing and able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes
  • Willing and able to infrequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Willing and able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
  • Willing and able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes
  • Product Distribution Center Assignment: Willing and able to work in outdoor conditions. Majority of work (60%) is in outdoor conditions. Willing and able to climb into and out of the heavy equipment machines (i.e. excavators and tractors) and operate the machines.
