Requirements

• Must have six months continuous light industrial maintenance experience.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

• Proven ability to run a machine with multiple settings or specifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and pack castings following specific instructions and established procedures.
• Perform frequent motion duties to load and unload castings from conveyors and sort according to specifications.
• Clean paint hooks using blasting machine and hand tools.
• Load iron castings onto the automated paint line and remove them after painting, placing them in bins according to part number.
• Read and follow operation sheets detailing steps for packing.
• Perform visual quality checks for processing defects.
• Manually assemble components and related materials as required.
• Use spray paint and screwdrivers as necessary.
• Build boxes and pack castings and components in appropriately labeled and sealed boxes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and apply the 5-S program.
• Understand and perform designed Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) functions as required.
• Perform and maintain various recordkeeping duties and clerical operations, such as entering scrap on scrap data sheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned throughout the facility.
